In a typical and popular neighbourhood of Barcelona, threatened by a reform plan, the construction of a block of flats gets under way. This is the starting point for a three-year project carried out in collaboration with students, and which tries to demonstrate how a mutation in the urban landscape impacts on the human landscape as well.
